The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation opened a hotline on issues of partial mobilization
The Ministry of Education and Science of Russia has opened a hotline for consultations of university students on the topic of partial mobilization, the press service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation reported.
Students will be provided with all the necessary information, the rules of conscription will be explained, they will talk about social and legal protection, provide psychological assistance.
The hotline operates around the clock at the number: 8 (800) 222-55-71 (ext. 1, ext. 2).
Earlier, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which a deferment from partial mobilization is granted to students studying full-time and part-time (evening form of education).
